Agreement on the protection of personal data of users of the Migpromo.kz website

This Agreement on the protection of personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Site, located at www.migpromo.kz, can receive about the User in the process of using the Site.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions are used:

1.1.1. “Site Administration” - authorized representatives who manage the site on behalf of IP “Migpromo”, organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of such processing, the list of personal data to be processed, and the actions performed with the data.

1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating to an identified or potentially identifiable subject of personal data.

1.1.3. “Personal data processing” – any actions or set of actions performed using automated means or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other persons who have access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the data subject or other legal basis.

1.1.5. “User” is a person who has accessed the Site via the Internet and uses its resources.

1.1.6. A "cookie" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's device that a web client or web browser sends back to the web server each time a page is requested on that site.

1.1.7. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network using the IP protocol.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User's use of the website www.migpromo.kz means his agreement with this Privacy Policy and the rules for processing personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website www.migpromo.kz.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the website www.migpromo.kz and its subdomains. Individual Entrepreneur "Migpromo" is not responsible for third-party sites that the User can access via links posted on the website www.migpromo.kz.

2.4. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by Users of the site www.migpromo.kz.

SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Administration of the site www.migpromo.kz to protect and ensure the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User when registering on the site or placing an order to receive services.

— referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to access sections of the site that require authorization.

3.3.2. IP "Migpromo" collects statistics about the IP addresses of visitors to identify and eliminate technical problems.

3.4. Any additional personal information (access history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) not specified above is subject to secure storage and is not disclosed, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Policy.

PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website www.migpromo.kz for placing orders and further interaction.

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Internet Portal.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the Internet Portal, the provision of services, and the processing of applications.

4.1.4. Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Verifying the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Creating an account for submitting applications (with the User’s consent).

4.1.7. Notifying the User about the status of his order on the website www.migpromo.kz.

4.1.8. Providing customer and technical support if questions arise related to the use of the site.

4.1.9. Coordinated provision of updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters on behalf of www.migpromo.kz or on behalf of its partners.

4.1.10. Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the User.

4.1.11. Providing access to sites or services of Migpromo IP partners to receive products, services and updates.

METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. Processing of personal data is carried out for an unlimited period, by any legal means, including automated systems or their absence.

5.2. The site administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, telecom operators, solely to fulfill the User’s order.

5.3. Transfer of data to government agencies is permitted only within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of data, the Administration informs the User of this fact.

5.5. The site administration takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification or other actions.

5.6. In cooperation with the User, the Administration takes measures to prevent losses or other consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of data.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide the data necessary to use the website www.migpromo.kz.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data when it changes.

6.2. The site administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the data solely for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of data, do not transfer it to third parties without the consent of the User, with the exception of paragraphs. 5.2. and 5.3.

6.2.3. Take measures to protect personal data used in business practices.

6.2.4. Block the User’s personal data at his request during verification if inaccuracies or illegal actions are detected.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The site administration is responsible for losses incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the cases specified in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2.

7.2. The site administration is exempt from liability if the information:

7.2.1. Became public until it was lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Disclosed with the consent of the User.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a claim, the parties undertake to try to resolve the dispute out of court through claims.

8.2. The response to the claim is provided within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.4. The privacy policy is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without notifying the User.

9.2. The new edition comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website www.migpromo.kz, unless otherwise specified in the new edition.
